The man accused of crashing into a pack of motorcyclists Friday in New Hampshire, killing seven people, pleaded not guilty to charges of negligent homicide Tuesday.

The attorney for 23-year-old Volodymyr Zhukovskyy waived his scheduled arraignment and entered the plea on behalf of his client.

Zhukovskyy was arrested Monday in Springfield, Massachusetts and is charged with 7 counts of negligent homicide.

On Tuesday, a judge set his trial for the end of the year.

Zhukovskyy is being held at the Coos County Department of Corrections without bail.
