Liz Scharf of Capstone Community Action and Forrest Gardner of the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) appeared on Local 44 Morning Brew Tuesday, to share some tips on managing your finances.

CVOEO and Capstone are two of five state-wide community action agencies; their programs include Head Start early childhood education programs, and programs that provide emergency housing, food shelves, weatherization, emergency fuel assistance, microbusiness training, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs and community economic development.
