Police Make 2 Drug Arrests in NH

LEBANON, N.H. – Police say they made two drug arrests in Lebanon Thursday.

Nitacia Pero, 19, of Lebanon, N.H., is charged with controlled drugs acts prohibited, heroin and cocaine. She is held without bail at the Grafton County House of Corrections.

David Reyes, 24, of Springfield, Mass., is charged with three counts of controlled acts prohibited with intent to sell heroin, cocaine, and marijuana. He is being held on $35,000 cash bail at the Grafton County House of Corrections.

If convicted, police say Pero and Reyes could face a maximum prison term of no more than seven years; a fine of no more than $100,000; or both.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

Police say the confiscated drugs have a street value of more than $10,000.
