ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Gov. Andrew Cuomo has presented his annual State of the State address.

Cuomo addressed an audience of members of the legislature and top politicians from around the state Wednesday at a convention center in downtown Albany.

Cuomo proposes to block out-of-state offenders from accessing guns

The third-term Democrat touted his biggest past achievements and trumpeted a long list of future policy initiatives, many of which he previewed in a series of announcements over the past month.
