Good news for shoppers.
Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger has signed the agreement to move forward on the Burlington Town Center project.
The Mayor went through the final checks with the city attorney’s office Thursday and paperwork now goes on to developer Don Sinex.
The City Council approved the last major action Monday night in an 11 to 1 vote.
Weinberger construction is close to starting.
He says Sinex is actively looking at new tenants for the Town Center.
