Vermont State Police say three people from West Rutland are currently being held on various federal drug charges.

Police say Demar Neal, 30, Corey Fitzgerald, 26, and Ashley Webster, 24, all of West Rutland, were arrested on multiple drug charges earlier this month, including distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm.

A June 9 warrant executed at 66 Harrison Ave. found 77 grams of cocaine, and 790 bags of heroin, police said.

Police say all three have appeared at federal court in Burlington and are currently being held pending trial.
