St. Albans Police say a Highgate man was arrested after reports of fraudulent refunds happening at the St. Albans Walmart.
Police say Sean Tatro, 30, is accused of making fake refunds and profiting more than $5,000 from them.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and Tatro is suspected of taking money from other incidents as well.
According to police, Tatro has been charged with a felony count of embezzlement and is cited to appear in court in September.
