Essex Police are investigating the death of a 60 year old man.
Essex Rescue and Police responded to a call at Global Foundries, just after 10 Monday morning.
Police say when they arrived Global Foundries employees were giving CPR to a man who was unresponsive.
Officials say the man was pronounced dead at the hospital.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
