Lebanon Police say a Hancock, Vermont man was arrested on Thursday for reportedly stabbing a 32-year-old man.
According to police, Robert Walker, 34, followed the victim after seeing the victim with his former girlfriend.
Police say at a plaza on Plainfield Road, Walker went to the passenger seat of a vehicle where the victim was sitting and started to punch him. Walker then took out a folding knife and proceeded to stab the victim.
Authorities say the victim had non-life-threatening injuries to his hands and legs.
According to police, Walker was arrested after trying to flee the scene; he is being charged with first degree assault, second-degree assault, and criminal threatening. Walker is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
