Volkswagen is recalling 766,000 vehicles worldwide due to a software update for braking control systems, Reuters reported. The recall affects the company’s core passenger car brand.
The brakes may not work correctly in certain situations, including when a driver over-steers, under-steers or slams on the brakes, Reuters reported.
The recall affects 385,000 cars in Germany, including VW, Audi and Skoda brand vehicles.
