Enjoy a dinner made completely from Vermont ingredients, right here in Burlington. Silo Distillery along with Hotel Vermont is hosting, “From Farm to Barn to Bottle: A Full Circle Dinner” on Thursday, Oct. 19.
Silo Distillery and Hotel Vermont came on to Local 44 Morning Brew to showcase what can be enjoyed at the meal.
The menu can be found below:
- -SILO Cucumber vodka soup, smoked oysters, caviar, créme friache
- -Crisp trotters, spicy aioli, arugula
- -Pork shoulder ragout, clothbound cheddar polenta, scorzenera, fennel pollen
- -SILO Maple Whiskey glazed ham, mushroom barlotto, roasted Brussels sprouts
- -Chocolate pot de créme, cocoa nibs and hazlenut brittle, honey mascrapone
The event starts with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
