A South Burlington substitute teacher was arrested earlier this week, accused of being intoxicated on school property.
South Burlington police say George Kingston III, was found between the parking lot of the middle school and the high school Monday, showing signs he was impaired.
Officers say while they identified him they learned Kingston had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court that stemmed from a suspended license charge, and violating conditions of release.
South Burlington’s Superintendent tells us the district will no longer be using Kingston as a substitute teacher.
