SUNY Plattsburgh is taking action following a racist image apparently seen by several students.
As Local 22 reported Thursday night, a photo described as “offensive”, was shared from the social media app Snapchat.
Authorities were able to determine where it came from.
Following a meeting with the school president, actions were taken but the school can’t share details.
Additionally, student leaders joined faculty in working on ways to strengthen the school’s code of conduct manual.
