Lamoille County hopefully got its fair fix over the weekend. The 56th Annual Lamoille County Field Days have wrapped up.
The fairgrounds in Johnson were full of food, midway rides and vendors. Roger Audet is the Vice President of the Field Days team and said this year was a success with about 8,000 people attending.
The admission price goes right back into the pot for the annual event.
“We try and use the money to improve the grounds,” Audet said. “Try to get bigger every year.”
Audet said they are already brainstorming for the 2018 Lamoille County Field Days with a smoke-free midway in the works.
