How excited are you that today is finally FRIDAY!!!!!!! The sunrise was gorgeous this morning! Did you happen to catch it?
Clouds will be on the increase as we head towards the evening. Northern New York and the Saint Lawerence Valley may see a few sprinkles and showers later this evening, thanks to a quick upper-level disturbance.
As we head overnight Friday and through early Saturday morning clouds will continue to move in as Dorian bears down on Coastal New England. Thankfully it is staying off the coast, but that isn’t stopping the storm from bringing wind gusts up to 60 MPH and rainfall totals between 2-4 inches.
Here in our region, our impacts will be minor. the outer bands of Dorain may sneak a few showers into Vermont’s Southernmost counties and Sullivan and Grafton counties, otherwise, all we see are clouds!
The real chance for rain this weekend comes in the form of a wave of energy that passes through Saturday afternoon and evening.
Have a wonderful weekend
