WOWZA! If you can think of a more perfect day, please let me know, because I don’t think it can get better than this. Plenty of sunshine to go around, blue skies for as far as the eye can see and you could probably count the number of clouds you saw today on one hand.
We all owe a big thank you to the strong area of high-pressure overhead for this STUNNING weekend! We’ll squeeze one more beautiful day out of this area of high pressure, Monday’s forecast is basically a copy and paste of Sunday’s forecast with full sunshine and temperatures in the upper 70’s to low 80’s.
As that area of high pressure depart a low pressure takes its place moving in over the Great Lakes. Clouds will increase overnight Monday and rain showers arrive by early morning Tuesday. Grab that umbrella as downpours and a few embedded rumbles of thunder will cruise through the region, with rainfall totals ranging between a 0.25 and 0.5 inches.
Here is how the rest of the forecast is shaping up:
Tonight: Clear, comfortable and a little cool. Temperatures fall to the upper 40’s and low 50’s
Monday: Sunshine! Temperatures in the upper 70’s to low 80’s Tuesday: Rain showers, heavy at times, arriving by early morning. A few embedded rumbles of thunder as temperatures climb to the mid 70’s.
Wednesday: Mix of sun and clouds with a few afternoon thunderstorms. Low 80’s
Thursday: Mix of sun and clouds with a few afternoon thunderstorms. Mid 80’s
Friday: Mix of sun and clouds. Mid 80’s
