If you enjoyed Sunday’s stunning sunshine and comfortable temps, you’re in for a treat with a repeat performance Monday. Early fog will lift and clear, yielding to a mostly sunny sky. The temp rebounds from the 50s and low 60s early, to climb into the upper 70s to low 80s this afternoon. It’s summertime perfect with a light south wind and a dewpoint temperature in the upper 50s. Tonight, mostly clear. Mid 50s to near 60 degrees.
Tuesday starts out with more sunshine, but clouds fill in from west to east late in the day as a low pressure system closes in off the Great Lakes. Rain holds off until Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, for most, with a few late day showers possible between the Adirondacks and St. Lawrence River Valley. Near 80 degrees.
Through Wednesday afternoon, showers (along with a few rumbles of thunder) are prevalent with 0.25-0.75″ of total rainfall. Then, a cold front slides through returning us to quiet, sunny weather Thursday and Friday. It’ll be a cool Thursday with temp in the low to mid 70s, rebounding to around 80 degrees Friday.
Have a marvelous Monday!
