Weather: Quiet and cold last full day of winter (3/19 AM)

Monday March 19th

Good morning!

Monday, mostly sunny with scattered clouds popping up this afternoon in northern New York and northern Vermont, as well as into southern Quebec, this afternoon and evening. Mid to upper 20s south, low to mid 20s north. Light northwest wind. There’s not much change between the last full day of winter Monday and the first day of Spring Tuesday. Tonight, mostly clear with lows on either side of zero. Tuesday, mostly sunny. Mid to upper 20s.

By Wednesday into Thursday, another coastal low spins up over the mid Atlantic, but strong high pressure steers most of this thing away from us. There will be more clouds with a few light snow showers possible in eastern Vermont/New Hampshire, but other than that…quiet weather continues. Mid to upper 30s.

Have a fantastic week!
