Thursday was nice, oh so nice! Clouds were stubborn but I don’t think most of us cared about that. Temperatures hovered in the 60s to near 70° all afternoon while a cool northwest wind kept it comfortable. It was a little warmer the more south you went. Overnight, clouds clear and temps drop; lows everywhere will be in the upper 40s & low 50s. You will have to be careful of patchy fog, otherwise you’re good to go.
Friday and Saturday will be beautiful! Expect more sun than clouds with highs on either side of 80° with lows in the 50s to near 60°. Saturday, I can’t rule out a stray shower over northwest New York but most should be dry. Whether you’re going to the fair or playing high school football, the weather will not get in your way!
Sunday through the middle of next week we’ll be back in a stagnant pattern of heat, humidity and isolated showers/t’storms. Each day, highs will be well into the middle & upper 80s; a run at 90° isn’t out of the question. When it comes to rain, we’ll have a daily shot at hit or miss showers and thunderstorms. Don’t cancel/alter plans over it just know that delays are possible. If you want/need more rain, this won’t be drought busting, or anything close to it.
The weekend is in view!
