Champlain Valley Union kept its record flawless and took care of Rice Memorial in a win on the road on Monday night.
The undefeated CVU squad came alive in the second quarter and controlled the second half on the way to a 43-29 victory.
Both teams exchanged leads, and Green Knights sophomore Carley Hill sunk a three-pointer to take a 12-11 advantage early in the second quarter.
CVU took it back when junior Mekkena Boyd made a transition layup, and the Redhawks stayed on top for the remainder of the contest.
The Redhawks improved to 13-0 this season, and Rice dropped to 11-5.
