Danville outlasts Poultney in Div. 4 final

The Danville Indians were the last team standing in Division IV as they outlasted Poultney in the state championship by a final of 57-44 Saturday afternoon at the Barre Auditorium.

Danville overcame an early Poultney lead behind strong performances from Ian Steele and Tito Chamul.

With the win, the Indians avenged last year’s title game loss to Sharon.
