South Burlington girls’ lacrosse added another win to its undefeated record Friday afternoon.
The Wolves built an 11-0 lead over Burlington in the first half, but then the Seahorses responded with three-straight goals.
South Burlington tallied a few more goals in the second half on the way to a 16-5 win.
Elsewhere, the Middlebury Tigers locked things down in the second half to beat MMU at Kohn Field on Friday.
Middlebury went on a 3-0 run to close out the first half, and continued in the second for a 9-0 run and the 14-8 finish.
MUHS improved to an even 4-4 with the win, and Mt. Mansfield fell to 1-6.
Midd travels to Mt. Anthony for its next contest on Monday, May 6, while MMU is on the road against Colchester.
