St. Johnsbury took down Colchester in a softball season finale on Friday.

The Hilltoppers raced out to a 3-0 lead in the first, and held off a late CHS rally to win 10-7.

CHS baseball also squared off against St. J, but the Lakers still have one more game remaining on the regular season schedule.

SJA also took an early 3-0 lead, but CHS scored five runs in the fifth inning and locked things up to get the 5-3 victory.

In boys’ lacrosse, BFA-St. Albans hosted Rice with playoffs around the corner.

The Green Knights made it an interesting first half, but after halftime the Bobwhites pulled ahead for the 16-9 triumph.
