Two Johnson-based organizations came together to help people struggling with substance use disorders. Jenna's Promise and Two Sons Bakehouse opened Jenna's Coffeehouse, a place where people in recovery can live, and work.

Bring a toy to donate for a child in Chittenden county. This is the 8th year for Troy's Toy Drive. Happening Sunday December 4th at ADL middle school in Essex Junction from 4pm to 6pm. Bo-Yee Poon got to meet with Troy for more details.

Grant funds available to commercial farmers

From the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, grant funds are available to farmers for projects that benefit water quality to help statewide clean water and sustainability efforts. Farmers that meet a certain criteria can apply through the Farm and Forest Viability Program's website.

New St. Albans Town Hall to open Monday

A much needed project three years in the making is opening up in St. Albans Town next week. The brand new Town Hall will open on Monday. Town Manager Carrie Johnson says the old building, which was built in the 1800's, became unsafe for staff, leading them to move a half mile down the road.
