Weather Blog: One more dry day before Labor Day rain

A lovely, but slightly chilly evening across the region, with temperatures already falling back into the 50’s already. Over at the Champlain Valley Fair, the second to last night is going off without a weather worry.

Heading into Sunday, you can expect a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures in the low to mid 70’s. Clouds will be on the increase as our next system comes approaches, but we stay dry through the day!

Heavy rain rotates in especially during the morning Monday, tapering back to showers by afternoon. No need to water the garden with rainfall totals ranging between 0.5-1.0″ with localized heavier amounts in Southern Vermont and Upper Valley.
