It could be the first night to fire up the woodstove in the Adirondacks and the Northeast Kingdom, if you haven’t already, as we revisit the 30s and ready for patchy frost Wednesday morning. There is a Frost Advisory in effect from 3 AM to 8 AM. Elsewhere, the temp drops into the 40s under a mostly clear sky with some patchy dense fog once again. Then, more sunshine tomorrow with a high temp in the upper 60s to around 70 degrees. Light north wind 5-10 mph.
Wednesday night, it’s chilly once again as we drop into the 30s and 40s. From there, however, temps moderate. Nighttime lows Thursday fall into the upper 40s to low 50s with a daytime high in the mid 70s. It’s upper 70s by the end of the week, even nearing 80 degrees in broad valleys over the weekend. The next chance for showers comes with the start of Fall on Monday. It’s a cold front that drops temps back into the upper 60s by Tuesday.
Have a great night (stay warm) and a fantastic Wednesday!
