Everyone all nice and warmed up from those bitter early low temps?! Good. Here we go, kicking off on a stretch of milder temperatures through the weekend.
Tonight, it won’t get quite as cold, but many will revisit the 40s as thin, high clouds move in. Some patchy fog is possible, but it’s likely to not be as dense nor as widespread as the last few mornings. Then, Friday, with a mix of sun and clouds overhead, the temp will soar into the low to mid 70s for most, with a few spots in broad valleys climbing towards the upper 70s. Light south wind 5-10 mph.
Over the weekend, we’ll take that warm-up a bit further. Look for highs in the upper 70s to even near 80 degrees both afternoons. More clouds will be around than the last few days, but there’s still tons of sunshine, too. It gets a bit breezy Sunday, from the south, but gusts remain lower than 30 mph.
Rain returns Monday as a cold front slides through for the first day of Fall. Showers will total generally around or less than one-quarter inch. Then, behind the front, cooler weather returns for Tuesday.
Have a fabulous Friday!
