Despite an early July chill with comfortably cool temps in the 40s and 50s, a seasonable afternoon is ahead of us with a high around 80 degrees. Enjoy ample sunshine, but be wary of a few isolated showers or thunderstorms popping up this afternoon, mainly over higher terrain. Light south wind around 5-10 mph.
Tonight, mostly clear and a tad milder, upper 50s to low 60s. Friday and Saturday, both sunny days, also carry a slight chance at a stray afternoon shower or thunderstorm, but most remain dry. Hotter, mid to upper 80s, but not nearly as humid as this past weekend. Same story for Sunday!
Early to mid next week, humidity increases and rain chances do, too. Tropical moisture returns to the Northeast marking an unsettled finale to the month.
Have a magnificent day!
