Another lovely summer evening over the Champlain Valley, check out this photo I took on my dinner break around 8 pm this evening.
It was a tale of two forecasts because those folks in Southern Vermont and the Upper Valley are saying “Hey it wasn’t a nice day today!” Unfortunately, an area of low pressure was stuck stubbornly over southern New England bringing clouds and rain showers, through late this afternoon.
Skies are now clearing out, as high pressure builds into the region and overnight a few areas of fog may develop by daybreak. Otherwise the day Wednesday gets underway mostly sunny with a few fair-weather clouds.
Here’s how the rest of the week is shaping up
Tonight: Partly to mostly clear skies with a few areas of patchy fog by daybreak. Mid 50’s
Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a few fair-weather clouds. Mid 70’s
Thursday: Mostly sunny with a few fair-weather clouds. Mid 70’s
Friday: Mix of sun and clouds. Scattered showers. Mid 70’s
Saturday: Mix of sun and clouds. Slight chance for afternoon showers. Mid 70’s
Sunday: More clouds than sun. Scattered showers. Upper 70’s to low 80’s
