We’re starting of Thursday generally dry other than a handful of flurries, but by lunch time light snow begins to overspread the region. As we head toward sunset warming temperatures allow for a flip from snow to sleet freezing rain and plain rain. We eventually all flip to widespread steady rain overnight before the rain tapers of to showers and pockets of drizzle Friday mid morning. Rainfall As temperatures cool Friday afternoon we’ll flip back over to some light snow showers, especially in the North Country and higher elevation zones. Only an additional dusting to 2 inches can be expected.
Have a great night and stay safe on the roads tomorrow afternoon!
