Good morning!
Tuesday’s a funny little day in the weather world. A cold front sinks south slowly bringing some drier air and a return to sunshine behind it. Near the boundary, however, showers and clouds linger on.
Northern New York and Vermont break out in blue sky, though a handful of passing clouds may stick around over higher terrain, this afternoon. Along and south of US Rt 2 in Vermont, and the Adirondacks and White Mountains in NY and NH, clouds are tougher to clear.
Most afternoon rain chances though are confined to far southern VT and NH. This as a disturbance moves into southern New England, re-upping the opportunity near the Massachusettes border for an isolated downpour or even t’storm. Mid to upper 70s all around. Light north wind 5-10 mph. Clearing tonight, low to mid 50s.
Sunny Wednesday and Thursday as we all get back on the same weather page. Low to mid 70s.
Have a great day!
