Tuesday night, storms weaken but scattered rain will continue. There won’t be any relief from mugginess yet, lows will only fall into the middle & upper 60s. You will have to be careful of fog and other debris that may be in the road overnight. Drive safe! Wednesday, showers will keep going while a cold front meanders across the northeast. The severe risk is much lower on Wednesday and mainly confined to southern Vermont & New Hampshire. Meanwhile, expect mostly cloudy skies with highs hovering on either side of 80°.
Wednesday night, rain, heat, and humidity all move away but you’ll have to be careful of patchy fog again. Lows will be much more comfy in the low 60s. That’ll set the stage for a beautiful start to August! Expect mostly sunny skies through early next week. Expect highs in the upper 70s & low 80s from Thursday to Monday with low humidity.
