Good evening all!
It’s been a warm, sunny and frankly, stunning Saturday. Temps reached well into the 80s with ample blue sky and an occasional light breeze. Quiet weather returns Sunday. But first, a cold front slides south this evening and brings a few showers or even an isolated t’storm, mainly to northern New York and northern Vermont. Any convection that does fire off, between around 6-8 PM, quickly dies between 10 PM to midnight as the front fizzles out. It will be partly to mostly cloudy overnight with a low temp around 60 degrees.
Then, we get back to your regularly scheduled phenomenal weather after that brief intermission. Any morning clouds Sunday push south of the region, leaving us sunny once again. High temp, cooler and more comfortable if you felt Saturday was too hot, mid to upper 70s. Light north wind 5-10 mph.
Sunday night gets a tad chilly. You may want to throw an extra blanket on the foot of the bed with lows in the 50s through broad valleys and 40s over higher terrain. Colder Adirondack hollows could flirt with the 30s once again – just like last Friday morning. Mostly clear. Then, sunny Monday and rebounding to near 80 degrees.
Have a great rest of your weekend! See you Monday morning!
